In all of the excitement, I neglected to update the page with the news that you all should know by now! The Los Angeles Lakers have defeated the Boston Celtics in 7 games to capture their 16th NBA Title. Enjoy the video below reviewing the series! Partake…
Nike, one of the few companies that stuck by Tiger’s side through his “personal issues,” has launched a commercial campaign that takes full advantage of the situation. The commercial features the voice of Tiger’s late father, Earl Woods. I personally believe it is very effective and whoever came up with the idea should get a raise, but of course I want to know your thoughts? The commercial follows…
Kobe discusses his new contract extension, being a Laker, the potential of leaving the Lakers, flying to work in a helicopter, who he wants to see in the NBA Finals and much more….

If you’re a soccer player and you aren’t trying to get your hands on these Nike Football Mercurial Vapor SuperFly II boots something is wrong! C’mon Son! Seriously, players like Cristiano Ronaldo gave input on what direction Nike should take with the boot. Need I say more? Anyhow, the shoe has an ultra lightweight boot molded with a Flywire upper. In addition to these updates, there are many more, including a digital connection through Nike Football+. The Mercurial Vapor SuperFly II will be available through Nike Store starting April 1. More pictures follow…
If you watched the Sprite Slam Dunk Contest last night then you are probably in a state of Dunk Depression. The vaccination for that would be the video that follows, as Sprite also held a Slam Dunk Showdown featuring 4 street ball players who entered and were voted into the contest. The contest was much more entertaining and has me believing that next year these guys should be the NBA Dunk Contest (maybe get a player to sponsor each one). Someone get that idea to the NBA!
